About me

Noble Words Boutique Communications and Book Publicity is run by Director Emma Noble, who has 15 years of experience in book promotions in Australia and the UK.

Emma has launched the careers of many successful debut writers, built the profiles of developing authors and managed celebrity talent across the spectrum of fiction and non-fiction genres. Along the way, she trained many authors in the art of effective media communications. Emma has worked with:

  • Michael Palin on a five-city Australian media tour promoting New Europe

  • Solo round-the-world teen sailor Jessica Watson on an eight-city Australian publicity tour of more than 45 events and countless interviews

  • Barry Humphries on a national tour for Handling Edna

  • Sue Pieters-Hawke, whose biography Hazel: My Mother’s Story was a 2011 bestseller

  • Chef Rodney Dunn at Tasmania’s renowned The Agrarian Kitchen, on the eponymously titled inaugural cookery book

  • Crime fiction greats, Ian Rankin, Linwood Barclay and Harlan Coben

  • Award-winning novelist and co-founder of the BAILEY’S Prize for Women’s Fiction, Kate Mosse, on her multi-million-selling Labyrinth

  • Beata Zatorska and Simon Target, whose  debut cookery book/memoir Rose Petal Jamreceived huge coverage in the Australian media and won a prestigious international 2012 Gourmand Award and a nomination for an Australian Book Industry Award in the same year.
